Refund Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains how to request a refund for a VPNFZ subscription and how payments are returned. Submit refund requests through a ticket in the user panel; processing records and any additional information are kept in the relevant ticket.

Refund Window and Scope

You can request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. You do not need to explain why you are dissatisfied or complete connection troubleshooting first. Eligibility within the window is determined by the account’s first successful payment record and the ticket submission time.

Please identify the order you want refunded in your request. Monthly subscriptions and data packages are billed differently, so specify the order type when it is reviewed. The fact that data packages never expire describes their validity period; it does not extend the refund window indefinitely. Renewals, upgrades, and other subsequent payments do not restart the first-payment refund window. Confirm the scope of the relevant order in your ticket.

Eligibility and Review

The refund commitment above applies to requests made within the refund window after your first payment. You can request a refund if the service does not meet your needs, the client setup does not suit you, or your plans have changed. You may also seek support for connection issues, but troubleshooting is not a prerequisite for a refund request.

Requests made after the refund window are not covered by this commitment. For an unsuccessful payment, a payment already returned, or a duplicate request for the same order, follow up through payment verification, refund tracking, or the existing ticket as appropriate. The same order will not be refunded twice.

This policy does not set a data-usage threshold or automatically exclude refunds because of usage during ordinary testing. Accounts involving disputes over excessive use, unusual orders, or violations of the Terms of Service require a review of the relevant records; such a review does not mean an automatic rejection. The decision and its basis should be explained in the ticket. Undisclosed data limits cannot be added later to reduce the refund commitment.

How to Request a Refund

Sign in to the user panel and open the ticket page. Clearly request a refund and provide the order number, plan name, successful payment time, amount paid, and payment method. If you have multiple orders, identify each one separately to avoid confusion with renewals or upgrades.

If the payment record differs from the order shown in the panel, you may provide a redacted payment receipt containing only the information needed to verify the transaction. Do not submit your account password, full subscription URL, sensitive payment details, or wallet private key. No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Check refund progress through your panel ticket.

Keep the original ticket after submitting your request and add any further details there. There is no need to open another ticket for an existing request. If you need to correct an order number or payment method, update the original ticket.

Refunds and Payment Tracking

Refunds are first checked against the original payment transaction and, where supported by the payment provider, returned to the original payment method. If the original transaction cannot be refunded directly, the reason and an alternative method must be explained and confirmed in the ticket first. A refund should not be changed to account credit or another form without your confirmation.

A request submitted, a refund processed, and funds received are different statuses. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on order verification, payment provider processing, and the receiving account. This policy does not promise a fixed arrival time. When checking progress, review both the ticket response and the transaction history in the original payment account.

If the ticket shows that a refund has been processed but the funds have not arrived, add the order number and your latest findings to the original ticket and request a status check. You do not need to make another payment to complete a refund.

Payment Method Differences

VPNFZ supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. For Alipay and WeChat Pay orders, refund availability is checked against the original transaction first. The relevant payment account provides the record of funds received. If the payment provider and panel show different statuses, follow up based on the verification results.

USDT transfers use a different return process from Alipay and WeChat Pay transactions, so the standard refund process for those payment methods does not apply directly. Before processing, confirm the original transaction, transfer network, and receiving details through a ticket. Do not provide a receiving address based only on a public comment or information outside the ticket system.

Any asset amount, network fee, or return method must be clearly confirmed before a transfer is made. This page does not specify an exchange rate or fee amount. If you have questions about the outcome, ask for clarification in the same ticket and refer to the Terms of Service for the relevant order.
