These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration subscription service provided by VPNFZ. Before using the service, please read these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you have questions, you can contact us through a user panel ticket before deciding whether to use the service.
Service Scope
VPNFZ provides access to international routes, subscription details, and links to obtain compatible clients for cross-border access and visiting international websites. Coverage includes 100+ countries / 160+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available regions are listed in the user panel and current subscription list.
The service provides network connectivity. It does not include third-party website accounts, content licenses, or paid benefits. Regional policies, target platform rules, and network conditions may affect access. Region names in the route list do not guarantee the ongoing availability of any third-party feature.
Account and Device Rules
No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Users should keep their login details secure and are responsible for authorized use of their accounts. Subscription links are access credentials and should not be made public, uploaded to public repositories, or processed by tools from unknown sources. If you suspect a link has been exposed, change your password promptly and contact support through a ticket.
This service supports unlimited devices online at the same time for the account holder’s personal use. There is no device limit, but that does not permit reselling or renting accounts or sharing subscriptions with others. Do not repackage the routes as a service for others or use automation to distribute access credentials in bulk.
Subscriptions and Data Allowances
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is prorated based on the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. See the plan pricing page for prices, data allowances, and what each plan includes. Check the order details shown in the user panel before payment; a data package is not a subscription that automatically adds data every month.
Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. After logging in, check your subscription status and obtain a client through the user panel. Client access depends on the plan status shown in the panel. You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. See the Refund Policy for details on how to apply.
Acceptable Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and any region relevant to their use of the service, as well as the rules of target websites. The service must not be used for fraud, infringement, distributing illegal content, unauthorized system access, or other unlawful purposes. Malicious scanning, attacks, spam, and disruption of other users’ connections are prohibited.
Network acceleration does not provide content licenses or access permissions. Users are responsible for confirming that their access is properly authorized and may not rely on this service to avoid their own responsibilities. If unusual traffic or account misuse is detected, VPNFZ may impose necessary restrictions and investigate the circumstances.
Availability and Liability
Connection performance depends on the local network, device settings, international links, and target services. Maintenance, upstream network changes, or adjustments by third-party services may cause temporary interruptions, route changes, or access failures. VPNFZ does not guarantee a fixed speed or latency, or continuous access to every third-party platform.
If a problem occurs, first follow the troubleshooting guide, then submit the time of the issue, client environment, selected region, and error message. Screenshots should conceal passwords and subscription credentials. Liability exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law; they do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or change the published refund commitment.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
For accounts involved in unlawful use, reselling or sharing, malicious attacks, or repeated disruption of the service, VPNFZ may suspend access or terminate the service depending on the conduct. If you believe a decision was made in error, explain the circumstances and request a review through a user panel ticket. Any action should be limited to what is necessary.
Changes to these terms will be noted through the updated date on this page and through site announcements or user panel notices. Important changes affecting paid benefits should clearly explain their impact; updating a webpage alone cannot retroactively cancel existing commitments. Please review updates. If you disagree with a change that affects future use, you may stop using the service and contact support through a ticket to discuss how to proceed.
