Getting Started

Accounts, Plans and Route Setup

Check your account status, get the client, then verify access.

  1. 01

Create an Account and Choose a Plan

No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. In the user panel, compare monthly plans and data packs, then choose based on how often you expect to use the service. Keep your login details safe; you’ll need them to sign in and contact support. Check plan prices, data allowances and order status in the panel, and make sure your plan is active before connecting.

  2. 02

    Get the Client and Subscription

Open the client download section in the panel and choose the platform for your device. Client availability depends on your plan status in the panel, and subscription details are available after signing in. Import the subscription as instructed, then check that the route list appears in the client. If the list is empty, update the subscription and verify your account status before reinstalling the client.

  3. 03

Choose a Node and Test the Connection

Choose a route in a region supported by the service you want to use, then open the relevant website or app after connecting. A connected status only confirms that the connection process completed; check that pages load and app requests work as expected. If something goes wrong, note the node and error message, then follow the guide or troubleshooting steps.

Key Features

Cross-border Access and Device Support

See how route selection and data plans fit your needs.

01

Peak-Hour Stability

Whether connections hold up during evening peak hours depends on your local network, route and target service. VPNFZ shows node regions and route types during selection, making it easier to compare results under the same conditions. For everyday use, start with a preferred node and try another route in the same region if performance dips. Check whether pages load and apps respond more reliably. Distance alone is not a reliable indicator, and a single test should not be treated as a long-term speed guarantee.

IEPL Relayed Direct

Route names identify connection paths and do not guarantee access to third-party services. Check the user panel for currently available routes.

02

Military-Grade Encryption

VPNFZ uses military-grade encryption to protect data in transit over cross-border connections. Correct client configuration and device security matter too: keep your subscription details safe, and hide account information and subscription content in screenshots before sharing them. On public networks, check website addresses and sign-in pages carefully. Encryption does not replace account security on the sites you visit or eliminate risks from unknown files and malicious pages; use your usual security judgment.

03

Unlimited Devices

Connect computers, tablets and mobile devices using the client for each platform. VPNFZ allows unlimited devices to be connected at once. Device count and data allowance are separate; keep an eye on your remaining data when several devices share an account. Test the route and apps on a primary device first, then import the same subscription on other devices to help identify platform-specific issues. Shared accounts also mean shared responsibility for passwords, subscriptions and data, so agree on how they’ll be managed to avoid accidental changes.

04

AI Tool Access

Access to AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude depends on more than your network connection. Supported regions, account status and platform risk controls may also affect availability. Check the tool’s regional requirements before choosing a route, and keep your exit region reasonably consistent. If a page won’t open or a request fails, check website access, account notices and the client connection separately instead of assuming the route is the cause. VPNFZ offers international routes; eligibility and features for third-party tools are governed by their own rules.

05

Streaming

Streaming catalogs, playback access and quality options are usually determined by your account region, subscription tier and platform rules. After choosing a node, test the actual playback page rather than checking only whether the home page opens. If playback fails, confirm that the content is available in your current region, then compare routes in the same region. VPNFZ provides network access for cross-border streaming, but cannot guarantee that every route will always unlock every catalog. Playback reliability depends on your device and the content you’re watching.

06

7-Day Refund Policy

When choosing a subscription service, consider more than price: check the setup process, device compatibility and refund terms. VPNFZ offers a 7-day refund policy so you can assess whether the service suits your actual network environment. After getting started, test your primary devices and use cases. To request a refund, submit a ticket through the user panel with your order details and request. The refund policy page has the full terms; updates are provided through your ticket. Before paying, confirm the plan type so you don’t confuse a monthly plan with a data pack.

Alipay WeChat Pay USDT

These payment methods are supported. Check payment and order status in the panel; refund requests are handled through support tickets.

Global Nodes

Choose an international route by region

100+ countries / 160+ routes. Region determines the network environment; route type helps identify the connection path.

Choosing a node involves more than picking a country name. First check which regions the website or app supports, then select an available route in the panel. For everyday browsing, start with a familiar region and check that pages load fully. For AI tools and streaming, check the platform’s regional requirements first. Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, the United States and Italy are featured as popular regions on the home page; popularity doesn’t mean a route suits every network environment.

The table below explains how to read the node list; it is not a complete route inventory or a guarantee of streaming access. Aside from the Hong Kong IEPL route shown, check the panel for route types available in other regions. To compare results, keep your device, target page and local network the same, and change only the node. This makes it easier to tell whether an issue comes from the route, app or local connection.

Route status is provided as a selection reference, not as an end-to-end speed test to a destination website. Verify actual access after connecting. Follow the relevant service’s rules for account region restrictions or platform error messages.

If the Connection Is Unstable, Narrow Down the Cause

Disconnect first and confirm that your local network works normally, then connect to the current node and check the target page. If only one app has a problem, check the client’s proxy mode and the app settings first. If several websites won’t load, try another route for comparison. Changing nodes, proxy modes and system settings repeatedly makes issues harder to reproduce. Adjust one thing at a time and note the result.

IEPL, relayed and direct describe different connection paths. A route label alone cannot tell you whether a service accepts your current exit region, and status-list figures are no substitute for real-world testing. Node names in the panel, client logs and error messages can help pinpoint the issue. If you still need help, send support the platform, node name, circumstances and checks you’ve already completed. Don’t share your full subscription details publicly.

Download Access and Usage Guides Are Separate

The user panel provides the client and subscription; our guides explain installation, import and verification. Keeping these separate makes it easier to check account status and avoid outdated configurations from old articles. When switching devices, sign in to the same account and check that your subscription is active, then follow the setup steps for the new platform. Permission screens vary between operating systems, so don’t assume instructions for one platform apply to another.

Your subscription contains account access details, so protect it like a password. If you need support, share the error message, operating system and route name, but never post subscription details publicly. If the route list is empty, updates fail or the client won’t connect after import, first check your plan status in the panel, then review your network and client settings. The tutorial page covers detailed setup; the troubleshooting guide provides steps organized by symptom.

Plan Your Data

Monthly Plans and Data Packs

Choose a billing option based on how often you use the service; device count isn’t a data allowance.

Monthly Plans

60GB Monthly Plan

¥9.9 /month

Includes 60GB per month; data resets monthly on your activation date.

A lower data tier can be a good starting point for everyday browsing and light tool use. Actual consumption depends on how you use the service; keep an eye on data for extended video playback and file transfers.

Monthly Plans

250GB Monthly Plan

¥18 /month

Includes 250GB per month; data resets monthly on your activation date.

For regular cross-border access with more room for data use. If several devices share an account, check actual consumption to see whether it meets your needs.

Monthly Plans

500GB Monthly Plan

¥28 /month

Includes 500GB per month; data resets monthly on your activation date.

For higher data needs. Check your current usage before choosing; having more devices alone isn’t a reason to select a higher tier. Streaming quality and file transfers both affect data use.

Data Packs: Use Until Depleted, Never Expire

¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB

If you use the service intermittently, compare data packs with monthly plans. Data packs are consumed as you use them, last until depleted and never expire; monthly plan data resets monthly on your activation date. Choose based on your usage patterns and budget, without assuming unlisted discounts when comparing billing options.

Choose a Data Tier Based on Use, Then Compare Prices

Browsing, AI tool requests, video streaming and file transfers consume data differently. Usage suggestions on plan cards are for comparison only; they don’t promise a fixed number of hours or guarantee that an allowance will suit everyone. After getting started, use the panel’s records and your own activity to adjust your choice. Unlimited devices refers to the number of connected devices, not unlimited data.

Monthly plan data resets on your activation date, not at the start of each calendar month. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days; check the panel for the exact change. Before paying, confirm the plan name, data allowance and billing type. After payment, check your order and subscription status. If an order doesn’t show the expected status, describe the issue in a support ticket rather than repeating the transaction before checking.

VPNFZ supports Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT, and offers a 7-day refund policy. To request a refund, open a ticket in the user panel with your order details and request; see the refund policy page for the full terms. Monthly plans suit regular use, while data packs let you manage usage by allowance. This difference is about billing and data usage, not a guarantee of availability on any third-party platform.

Guides and Resources

Client Tutorials and Region-Specific Tips

Set up the connection first, then check regional requirements for the tools or content you use.

Tutorials walk you through setup, while use-case articles explain platform differences. If ChatGPT won’t open, a stream returns an error or a mobile client disconnects in the background, identify the symptom before choosing a resource. Start with a tutorial for basic connection issues. If you’re connected but one app isn’t working, read the relevant guide. For several issues at once, the troubleshooting guide offers a more systematic approach.

Third-party tools and content platforms may change their regional and account rules. Articles offer a sequence of checks, not a substitute for current platform requirements. If you see a message that differs from the article, save the error and check the service’s own guidance before trying another route. For further help, submit a ticket through the user panel and include the checks you’ve already completed.
